Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms do not govern, and are separate and apart from, any property management agreement, lease agreement, or other written contract that You may execute with the Company.
