Rental Income Protection
This guarantee protects the property owners from non-payment of rent due to a resident defaulting on their lease payment obligations. If a resident were vetted and placed by Next Brick defaults on their lease payment at any time, we would reimburse up to $5,000 in lost rent.
Property Damage Protection
This guarantee protects property owners and the belongings from malicious damage caused by residents. If a resident that was vetted and placed by Next Brick, who is held responsible for property damage exceeding normal wear and tear that is beyond the amount of the security deposit, Next Brick will cover the difference up to $5,000.
Resident Eviction Protection
This guarantee protects the property owner having to pay out of pocket eviction costs, including legal expenses and court fees. If a resident was vetted and placed by Next Brick defaults on their lease payment at any time and eviction is required,Next Brick will cover the court costs and legal fees up to $5,000.
Reserve Fund Availability
This fund protects the property owners having to cut into their monthly budget to pay for emergency repairs. Property owners can use our line of credit up to $5,000 to cover emergency repairs and payback later. For $75 annual fees and $5/$1,000 usage fees.
