Our team undertakes detailed and regular inspections on your property, so you can rest easy knowing that it's well taken care of.

Move-in & Move-out Inspections

Every inspection is conducted with attention to detail by our experienced team members. We prepare a thorough inspection report to ensure your property is left in the same condition it came in.

Routine inspections

We keep a check on your rental property and perform a thorough walk-through to identify & eradicate any maintenance issues. We aim to conduct a minimum of 2x inspections per year.

Where to find the inspection Report?
After an inspection is completed, the detailed report will be uploaded to your owner portal. You can access all essential documents, including inspections, so you can go back and review them at any time.

Protect Your Rental Income (Optional Add Ons)

  • Eviction Plan

    Eviction Plan protects the property owner from having to pay out-of-pocket eviction costs, including legal expenses and court fees. If a resident was vetted and placed by Next Brick defaults on their lease payment at any time and eviction is required, Next Brick will cover the court costs and legal fees up to $5,000.
    Cost: 1%; minimum of $30/month
  • Pet Protection

    Pet Protection Plan guarantees your home will be free of all hair, smells, or scratches at the end of each lease, at no cost to you.
    Cost: None - sign up required
  • Reserve Fund

    This fund protects the property owners from having to cut into their monthly budget to pay for emergency repairs. Property owners can use our line of credit up to $5,000 to cover emergency repairs. For a no interest
    Cost: $50/year
